These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fettlr ("the app") and fettlr.fit, provided by Fettlr Fit LLC ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Fettlr is an AI-driven workout tracker, routine enforcer, and workout alarm clock designed to help users remain accountable to their physical training and health routines.
2. Health & Exercise Disclaimer
Fettlr is provided for motivational and educational fitness tracking purposes only. Fettlr Fit LLC is not a medical organization or healthcare provider. You should consult a licensed physician before beginning any new physical workout routine. You perform all exercises at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Fettlr Pro auto-renewable subscriptions are billed via Apple iTunes / App Store billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software code, logos, and visual designs associated with Fettlr belong exclusively to Fettlr Fit LLC.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fettlr Fit LLC provides the application on an "AS IS" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fettlr Fit LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
