We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from authorized platform providers:

• Account & Profile Information: Display name, email address, profile image (optional), gender, age group, and authentication credentials (via secure password hash or Google / Apple Sign-In OAuth tokens).
• Food, Activity & Health Data: Features of our Services allow you to voluntarily share information regarding your fitness and dietary habits, including:
  • Food, drink, and meal descriptions (submitted via camera image logging or manual input);
  • Calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns, and dietary restrictions;
  • Fitness levels, workout logs, exercises, reps, sets, and training split routines;
  • Body measurements (height, weight, body fat %, muscle symmetry scores);
  • Progress photos captured for visual body composition tracking.
• Communications & Support: Email address, name, and exchange history provided when communicating with customer support.
• Usage & Device Data: Information collected automatically such as browser type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and feature usage analytics.
• Payment & Subscription Information: Purchases and subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store / StoreKit and RevenueCat). We receive transaction identifiers and anonymous user IDs to manage entitlements, but we never collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We process your personal information using our proprietary technology and secure backend infrastructure for the following purposes:

• Provide & Personalize Services: To process food photo logs and activity inputs using our proprietary computer vision algorithms to return instant calorie/macro estimates, compute body composition scores, and track your workout consistency.
• Account Management: To maintain your account profile, manage subscription entitlements, and store your fitness progress securely.
• Service Operations & Security: To monitor system performance, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain platform stability.

3. Information Sharing & Privacy Protection

We prioritize the security and privacy of your health and fitness records:

• No Selling of Personal Data: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information or photos to third parties for commercial advertising.
• No Public Model Training: Your progress photos, meal logs, and body scan measurements are processed using our secure infrastructure and are NEVER used to train public AI models.
• Authorized Service Providers: We share data only with authorized infrastructure partners (Apple for billing, RevenueCat for entitlement management, PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics, and Cloudflare for cloud hosting) strictly to operate the Services.

4. Account Creation & Self-Service Account Deletion (Guideline 5.1.1(v))

Fettlr Fit fully supports user account creation and provides an immediate, self-service option to permanently delete your account directly within the app:

• In-App Account Deletion: Open Fettlr Fit → Tap the Profile tab → Scroll to Account Settings → Tap Delete Account → Confirm in the modal dialog.
• What Happens Upon Deletion: Initiating account deletion immediately revokes active login sessions, deletes profile credentials from our servers, purges subscriber aliases in RevenueCat, and removes your operational workout and nutrition records.
• Email Deletion Request: You may also request account and data deletion at any time by emailing support@fettlr.fit with your registered email address.

5. Security & Data Retention

We maintain industry-standard security safeguards, including TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your data is retained only for as long as your account remains active.

6. Children's Privacy

Fettlr Fit is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.
