1. Description of Service

Fettlr Fit is an AI-powered fitness tracking application, nutrition macro scanner, body composition analyzer, and workout habit enforcer designed to help users remain consistent and accountable in their physical training. Fettlr Fit is developed and provided as a product by BlackMere LLC.

2. AI Nutrition & Macro Scanning Disclaimer (Approximations Only)

Fettlr Fit utilizes advanced computer vision and automated image processing algorithms to identify food items and estimate nutritional content from photos captured by the user:

• Approximations Only: All calorie counts, macronutrient breakdowns (protein, carbohydrates, fats), micronutrients, fiber, sodium, and portion size estimates generated by the Food Scanner are automated computational approximations. They are provided for general informational tracking only and may be incomplete, variable, or inaccurate based on photo lighting, camera angle, meal complexity, or hidden ingredients.
• No Guaranteed Accuracy: BlackMere LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of automated food recognition or calorie estimations.
• Limitation of Liability for Nutrition Claims: BlackMere LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any health decisions, dietary intake errors, allergic reactions, or inaccurate tracking resulting from reliance on food scanner estimates.

3. Body Scan & Symmetry Assessment Disclaimer

Fettlr Fit features a camera-based body assessment tool that estimates muscle symmetry, body composition metrics, and V-taper ratios. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Non-Medical Estimation: Body scanning visual analysis and symmetry scores are computational visual estimations intended solely for motivational feedback and aesthetic tracking. They do not constitute DEXA scans, hydrostatic weighing, or medical body composition measurements.
• Visual Variance: Scores may fluctuate depending on posture, stance, camera distance, clothing, and room lighting.

4. Health, Fitness & Medical Advice Disclaimer

Fettlr Fit is a habit enforcement and fitness tracking application. Fettlr Fit does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consultation Required: Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise routine, changing your dietary intake, or undertaking intensive physical training.
• Assumption of Risk: Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks of physical injury. You assume full responsibility for your physical training, technique, and safety during workouts tracked within Fettlr.

5. User Content & Image Submissions

By uploading or submitting photos (food photos, body scan photos) or text prompts through Fettlr Fit:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any original photographs and user content you submit.
• Limited License Grant: You grant BlackMere LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transmit and process your submitted photos solely to provide the vision scanning features to you.
• Privacy & Data Security: Submitted photos are processed over encrypted channels and are NEVER used to train public AI models or sold to third parties.

6. Account Creation & Self-Service Account Deletion

Fettlr Fit supports account creation via Email/Password or OAuth (Google/Apple Sign-In). You may delete your account at any time. Self-service account deletion can be initiated directly within the app (Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing support@fettlr.fit. Deleting your account revokes login sessions, purges operational data from server databases, and removes subscriber aliases in RevenueCat.

7. Subscriptions, Digital Delivery & Billing

Fettlr Pro provides premium digital fitness tracking, custom routine creation, AI vision scanning, and habit enforcement software. Features are delivered immediately upon account setup and subscription confirmation.

We offer transparent subscription options across our platforms:

• Web Purchases (via Stripe & RevenueCat): Annual Pro Plan at $39.99/year (effective $3.33/month, includes a 3-Day Free Trial) and Monthly Pro Plan at $13.99/month.
• iOS In-App Purchases (via Apple App Store / StoreKit): Annual Pro Plan at $49.99/year (effective $4.16/month, includes a 3-Day Free Trial) and Monthly Pro Plan at $13.99/month.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial or active period. Web subscriptions are securely managed via Stripe and RevenueCat, while mobile subscriptions are billed directly through your Apple ID account.

8. Conditional 14-Day Refund Guarantee & Fair Use Policy

We offer a conditional 14-day refund window for genuine technical defects, unactivated accounts, or inadvertent renewals reported promptly. To protect our proprietary workout routines, exercise libraries, and computational AI services from bad-faith exploitation, refunds are strictly contingent upon non-usage of the platform.

If an account exhibits substantial platform consumption—including but not limited to logging workout sessions, generating personalized training splits, accessing analytics, or systematic data extraction—BlackMere LLC reserves the right to deny the refund request. 9. Intellectual Property

Fettlr is a product by BlackMere LLC. All content, trademarks, software code, logos, and visual designs associated with Fettlr belong exclusively to BlackMere LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

BlackMere LLC provides the Fettlr application on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlackMere LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on AI nutrition scanning or fitness tracking outputs.
