At BlackMere LLC, our mission is to help athletes, lifters, and everyday individuals build unbreakable fitness consistency. We provide high-quality digital fitness tracking and routine enforcement software through Fettlr, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy describes our 3-day free trial terms, 14-day money-back guarantee, and refund procedures for Fettlr, a product by BlackMere LLC.

1. 3-Day Free Trial Terms

We offer a 3-Day Free Trial on our Annual Pro subscriptions ($39.99/year via Web / Stripe; $49.99/year via Apple App Store):

  • Immediate Digital Delivery: All Pro features (unlimited gym workout logs, custom routine builder, exercise history & streak tracking) unlock immediately upon starting your trial.
  • Zero Upfront Cost: You will not be charged during your 3-day trial period.
  • Cancel Anytime: If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the trial period, your subscription will not renew, and your payment method will not be charged.

2. Subscription Plans & Platform Pricing

Fettlr Pro offers transparent auto-renewable subscription tiers across web and mobile platforms:

A. Web Subscriptions (Billed via Stripe & RevenueCat):

  • Annual Pro Plan: $39.99 billed annually (effective rate of $3.33/month). Includes 3-day free trial.
  • Monthly Pro Plan: $13.99 billed monthly. Flexible billing with no long-term commitment.

B. iOS In-App Subscriptions (Billed via Apple App Store / StoreKit):

  • Annual Pro Plan: $49.99 billed annually (effective rate of $4.16/month). Includes 3-day free trial.
  • Monthly Pro Plan: $13.99 billed monthly. Auto-renews through your Apple ID.

3. Conditional 14-Day Refund Guarantee & Fair Use Policy

At BlackMere LLC, we stand behind the quality of our software. We provide a conditional 14-day refund window for users who experience verifiable technical defects, inadvertent renewals reported immediately, or unactivated accounts.

Eligibility & Non-Usage Requirement

Because Fettlr delivers instant digital intellectual property—including proprietary workout routines, periodized hypertrophy templates, 3D anatomical heatmaps, and AI training calibration—refunds are strictly conditional upon non-usage of the platform.

Anti-Abuse & Fair Usage Safeguards

If our platform telemetry indicates that an account has actively consumed our services (such as logging workouts, completing exercise sets, generating personalized routines, or systematically accessing our exercise database), the service is considered rendered. BlackMere LLC reserves the full legal right to inspect account telemetry and deny refund requests where product usage, bad-faith claims, or policy abuse is detected.

A. App Store In-App Purchases (iOS / Apple StoreKit)

For subscriptions purchased inside the iOS application, Apple acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing directly. To request a refund through Apple:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID associated with the purchase.
  3. Select "Request a refund", state your reason, and choose Fettlr.
  4. Submit your claim. Apple evaluates requests in accordance with their standard terms and typically responds within 24–48 hours.

B. Web Purchases (Stripe & RevenueCat / Direct)

For subscriptions purchased via our website (processed securely through Stripe and RevenueCat), qualifying refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction:

  • Contact our customer support team directly at support@fettlr.fit with your registered account email, Stripe invoice ID, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our billing team will review account activity against our non-usage policy and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method (card or payment mechanism via Stripe) within 3 to 5 business days.

4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time:

  • On iPhone: Open Settings → [Your Apple ID / Name] → Subscriptions → Fettlr → Cancel Subscription.
  • On Web: Click the "Manage Subscription" link in your email receipt, or contact support@fettlr.fit.

Cancelling prevents future renewal charges while maintaining your full Pro access until the conclusion of your current billing period.
